Project acquisition, budget and scheduling requirement
Where a client is looking to secure funding from Sports bodies such as Sport England or the Football Foundation, our planning stage provides sufficient detail to complete a comprehensive funding application.
Once funding is in place, we are able to take the project forward including the preparation of detailed budget estimates and a final cost programming.
Health & Safety compliance
Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations CDM regulations are intended to protect the health and safety of people working in construction and others who may be affected by their activities. As part of the project development, SSL adhere to these regulations and can, depending on your requirements, can facilitate the role of CDM Coordinator.
These regulations require the systematic management of projects from concept to completion in order to identify and eliminate hazards where possible, with the remaining risks reduced and controlled. This approach then greatly reduces risk during construction work and throughout the lifecycle of a structure (including eventual demolition).
