Works are progressing well with the first of the six artificial pitch for Queen Ethelburgas College.
The complete works involve one full sized water based artificial pitch for hockey, two full sized artificial pitch for Rugby and football, two youth development sized artificial pitch for rugby and football with a large artificial pitch area to be used as warm up and training grids.
The inclusion of the six new artificial pitch at Queen Ethelburgas College allows the site to be a complete sports development hub with all artificial pitch facilities being to either RFU, FIFA and FIH standards meaning the site can meet all levels of sporting standards.

Dorothy Stringer School receive planning permission for their new FA U13/14 artificial turf pitch.
The project is supported by Albion in the Community (AITC) who are the charitable arm of Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club along with the FA and funding support from the Football Foundation.
SSL helped Dorothy Stringer School through the development process of the project, which went beyond the development of the artificial turf pitch as the School are using the opportunity of the large excavation works to produce more Butterfly Havens over the site along with planting of further trees that aid the school in enabling them to augment the sites status as a Local Wildlife Site (LWS) and Local Nature Reserve (LNR).
As the project has now received planning permission SSL will help the school develop there proposals and receive funding so that the project can progress into a reality that benefits the school and wider community for Sports, Wildlife and Nature.
